I think it does have something to do with that, (3 partitions and one being a WBFS partion?)

did u update all your loaders when u re did the softmod? (ie-your using the ones from the guide)

Uhm... Oi I honestly have no clue if I updated my loaders, how would I be able to tell? Also I can remove my Fat32 or my NSTF or w/e but isn't WBFS needed for using backups? The loader even stated that my SD needed a WBFS partition..

WBFS hasn't been required in years. All of the current USB loaders can use FAT32 and NTFS just fine.

Well I am obviously late to the game so... I must have misread the guide in that department...So, remove the formatting and make it all NSTF? Again, how do I tell if my (using this as an example) CFB USBloader is current? I'd much rather not download it if I don't have to because my internet is... crappy even small files take a while :/

If you're planning on doing any GameCube loading, you'll need FAT32 with 32k clusters.
If you're planning on doing any Homebrew App loading directly from USB instead of SD, it has to be FAT32.

If none of the above applies, then NTFS will work.

Have a look at the NTFS guide (link in my signature).

When you launch CFG, you'll see the version number in the lower-right on the splash screen. Current version is v70r51.

If you are not current and want to be, I have links to the latest versions of CFG, GX, and WiiFlow in my signature as well.

My system is the black wii so... I believe I wont be able to run Gamecube backups My CFG is current and is set to Auto I think.. If that matters. So, that is all fine.. I will format my harddrive to Fat32 fully.. Hopefully that'll fix this problem but once I format, how to I place my games into it to play? I tried before and I don't think it worked... maybe I messed up along the way..

-----Nevermind I found the guide here about how, I'll try the way the guide says now that I understand this more I think I can do it D:

------- And.... Still.... the same thing kinda... CFG says STACK DUMP: and numbers.... Neogamma or w/e says Exception (DSI) occurred! and CODE DUMP: what the heck -_- I Formatted my usb hard drive to FAT32, I put a wbfs folder (like guide says) I did everything the guide said to do...

The Spoiler shows you basically what I am going through but I am guessing for a somewhat different reason... I am running 4.3u I believe, should I go back to 4.1-4.2u and if so.. please explain to me how >.< I dunno if that'd fix this issue but I remember reading 4.3 was basically made to keep softmods down.

I would try a thumb drive first.
This will tell you if there is a problem with the HDD , If the Thumb Drive works....That is.

Okay so this is what I did to fix this problem I had.

1: Removed EVERYTHING off my SD Card. ( think wiiflow tried to do something with covers but I didn't tell it to )
2: Removed ALL my data off my USB Flash Drive (Haven't tried my Hard Drive recently just happy something is working)
3: Added all my Apps back into the app folder in the root of my SD Card.
4: Ripped a game to my SD card using Wiiflow.
5: Added the wbfs. to my USB Flash Drive and booted it up in CFG USB Loader and it worked!

Now that my first problem has been fixed I've run into another..

I only have a 900 mb SD card and I tried to install a game (Game: Avatar The Last Airbender) and apparently this game is to large for my SD card, it says " Not enough space 1044381696 blocks needed, 66171 available " <=== Then I tried installing it via Wiiflow directly to my USB Flash Drive, it always stops in the middle... it got to 26 percent.. And just STOPS, doesn't continue at all no matter how long it seems to stay there. One time I took a shower and it still didn't move. Now, when I got this I tried using CFG USB Loader, I didn't know how to work it so I tried finding the options and pushed +, well + Started installing the game. But it said... Install game.. Opening Dvd disk... then things speed by, but what's left is this.

    Spoiler

I then installed it by pushing A to continue, when I try opening it it says the same thing with an added

    ERROR: opening RLVE78

    Press any button to exit...

So now I have the game installed to my Usb Flash drive but it doesn't work >.> Because of a bad nagic error?

Addition: Oh... Okay well apparently it'll play on Wiiflow, is there a way to make it work on CFG USB Loader? Its up to date and everything.. I dunno why it'd work on Wiiflow and not CFG
Addition 2: When installing Bleach Shattered Blade, it didn't do the Bad Nagic but it stops at 18.30% and freezes... it's been like that for the last 4-5 minutes.. I'll retry my installation. ------- After retrying the installation, it freezes instead of at 18.30% it does so at 0.00%.. -------- It appears that Wiiflow also does the same, stops at 0 percent.. -------- Deleted it off the flash drive and it gets to a whole .36% before freezing again. SO I am out of ideas... ----- Okami also stops but at 19.62 percent..

Addition: I was thinking.. It does better burning to my SD cards, maybe I'd just borrow my Fiancee's mother's SD from her phone with a Adapter and burn them onto that, take them from the SD, put them on my USB and try that? Unless anyone here has a better Idea? Hopefully one that doesn't cost anything extra towards me lol..

Go through The fat32 guide one more time.Link->Fat32 Guide
Make sure you set the drive as primary and active.

Also , you could try to find a trustful source to get a digital copy of your purchased game and add to the drive....To test if your drive is having issue's.(<----Please be careful , if you do this)

I am no expert when it comes to this , but I will do my best to help you.

EDIT:Also make sure that your devices are on the Usb Compatibility List.
