I sought cjizzle's input on this, so perhaps in tandem we may get to the bottom of it. Relating to the Syscheck thing, I am interested in the report it should generate. Instructions on what to do can be found here. Note: we'll be using the one you downloaded via HBB (since we know the Wii "sees" it). The report it generates should be posted as a reply to this thread (use wordpad).

Yeah, that's all what I'm doing.
Here's a video I just took of me going around the menus to show the current issue now.
Strange SoftModded Wii issue - YouTube

Now that I copied the files back to the SD card after formatting it (these are the exact files I copied from the root of the SD card prior to formatting) nothing is showing up anywhere (HBC, PriiLoader, or BootMii)?

    WTF?

I will say. The SD card I've been using, is a microSD inside of a Kingston microSD to standard SD adapter. I'm trying another SD card (2GB PNY standard size SD) and copying all of the stuff backed up onto it and seeing if that makes a difference but I can't see how it would.

    EDIT: as expected, no difference.

So now what should I do? I'm now officially regressing because after restoring my "backup" of the SD card before formatting (which I know I've done back when I originally did this), I've lost everything within HBC that I once had from before coming back and using this and then just recently (today and yesterday) downloading from HBB.

Are you using an external HDD? If so is it formatted as FAT32?

EDIT: Hold on...did you just say that the Homebrew Channel disappeared?!?

    .Yes and yes.
I just now unplugged it, since I'm having issues with HBC and to eliminate it from being the cause of anything

Response to your edit question, no, HBC channel is still there, the contents within the channel are gone (the apps I had prior to backing up my SD card, trying something that nightstah recommended and then copying the contents of my backup back onto the SD card)

EDIT: Another thing worth noting: I'm not using a standard laptop anymore (before, when I said I formatted my SD card with a Windows PC, I did) I'm using my ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T tablet w/ the ASUS docking station. The docking station adds a standard size SD card reader and I'm using the file managers within Android to add, move, and remove files around on the SD cards.

OK, copy the backed up contents of your sd card to your HDD. Make sure the file structure on the HDD is exactly the same as it would be on SD. Then go to HBC. press 1, and select USB Device. See if any apps show up then.

Can I do it on a USB flash drive?
I have a LOT of things on the external HDD that I had plugged into the Wii

EDIT: I just tried a flash drive and copying the contents onto it, same result, just bubbles.
I'm going to format it in FAT and recopy and try again.

I suppose you could try it, but what if your flash drive isnt compatible? Dont you think it would be best to use a drive that you know is working 100% with your Wii? Throwing a different drive into the mix would skew the troubleshooting results.

Ok, just to clarify before copying onto the HDD, you want me to just copy the files\folders within the folder named "WiiMod-58-61_Hackmii_1.1.0", correct? Or my "backup" before formatting the SD card earlier today?

Either or. Actually go ahead and copy both. You had Wiixplorer correct?
