    Weird thing happened, 2 questions.

Whats up everyone! I got homebrew and priiloader and all all the goods on my wii now, my questions is, is that I started with 4.3u, something I did reverted it back to 4.1u. I was wondering if this is something I need to worry about?? Also, I have a black and white fuzzy screen with the games I downloaded, I read that it's a region problem so can anyone tell me how to force regions or make it region free?

4.1 is the recommended system menu to be on. No need to worry. And when you are talking about problems with games you downloaded, Im assuming you are talking about games you ripped from your original discs (since this forum does not support piracy). In every loader you can set the video settings. Select your game, then go to settings - video settings, and set it to force your region. That should solve your issue.

Thanks man! I must have just reverted it by following much of the many guides out there I just forgot. Does anyone know if I can put a 2nd partition on my external of fat32 to run gamecube games without losing the 1st partition? So I don't have to reformat basically and lose games.

hey there, if you have formated your ext.hd to wbfs(the entire hd) than your s.o.l., but, if you formatted it to fat32(with 32kb cluster) your in luck! all you have to do is make a new folder called,"Games"in the root of the hd. and in this folder is where you put GC games, remember though that the games have to be in folders as well, ex. E/Games/GLME01 (Luigi's Mansion) the GLME01 is the game ID and this is how loaders see it to add covers cheats ect. if you just put the iso in the," game", folder it wont show up. also if you wanted to you can use a program call " DMToolbox", this will take out unnessassary files in an iso and make an apropriot folder to add to the Games folder. hope this helps you, cheers

This was extremely helpful thanks so much yo! My drive is formatted as ntfs (i find it to be the most stable, now that usb loader gx works with it). Can I still do the same thing to a NTFS hard drive? I read somewhere that GC games have to be on the first partition, as a fat32, so any advice on how I can create a new fat32 partition (as the 1st partition) keeping the integrity of my files?

Thanks for the advice on creating a new folder btw for each Gamecube game. I'm sure I would have done that and not been able to figure it out.

Ok I'll check that out thanks! So is it possible to have 3 partitions? One for my wbfs games, one for my NTFS iso games, and one as fat 32 for gamecube? Or should I just convert my wbfs games to iso and just have an NTFS and FAT32 partition.

To be honest, it's easier to have it all as one FAT32 partition. Isos can be converted into .wbfs files that split at 4gig and work just fine.
