HELPPP configuration PLZZZZZ

PLZZZZ HELPPP,
i did everything but now im stuck on the 4 icon menu and when i click power it moves (good right?), when i click eject nothing happens, it actually tries to eject a cd, and reset works on every icon accept the icon titled "the homebrew chanel" when i click reset on that icon the wii resets? WHY?!?!?!
I cant acsess it, i did everything the video said it just wont work!!?!?!?!
