Can you go through HBC and see if any apps appear on your SD card?

When looking at the bubbles, press "1" to make sure that it's reading information from "Internal SD Card" and not "USB".

If it is USB, tell it to read from SD Card and press OK and see if that does anything else.

If still nothing, then I think the card will need to be reformatted to be usable. We recommend "Panasonic SD Card Formatter" and to use Full format, not quick.

You will need to redownload whatever apps you want to run. If you don't know where to go to start, look at Chapter 3 of the Softmod any Wii guide.

I also have links to the latest version of the three most common USB Loaders, in addition to the guide, in my signature.

You can download the USB loader GX installer. It will prep your SD card and set it up for you. Have a look at the following link and post back if you still have problems.

Yes the installer section explains the following:

    Automatic Installer
The installation can be done by a program on your computer (Windows only).

To install USB Loader GX on your SD or USB, you can use the USB Loader GX Installer v1.8. This is a multi-language Windows application which will download and copy the latest USB Loader GX release on your SD Card or USB device.
The installer has the following additional options:
    - Allows you to pre-install language files (note: you can still do this easily in the loader),
    - Download the latest Full Channel of USB Loader GX (note: you will need a WAD manager to be able to install on your Wii),
    - Delete existing game covers
Note: The Automatic Installer does not install the Forwarder Channel.
