Whatever I click I get "An Error Occured press eject button and remove the disc"

    Hi folks
I have modified Wii, done by following the latest Mauifrog guide.
My wii is on 4.1E menu and it was working fine till 2 weeks ago.
since I started getting message "An Error Occured press eject button and remove the disc"....

I assumed my Wii's DVD drive is gone bad , but then I realized that whatever Chanel I click I get that error message.
I even tried photo channel same message came up

Wii flow or Usb Loader boots and I can see the games but when I click a game, the same freaking message appear
"An Error Occured press eject button and remove the disc"

I thought it is IOS problem so I have restored all IOS files Using Dop mii
    to the following:

DOPMII IS FAIL; NO WIIHACKS GUIDE SAYS TO DO THIS.

Mostly of them are fakesign enabled and I installed IOS 58 which is fakesign disabled.

    Till now no Luck

I have heard that if DVD drive is faulty these problems and errors occur.
I wonder why is that? I thought Wii is not doing Optical emulation from USB loader or Wii flow like
    Xkey and Xbox360 does.

Also why every channel is affected even games and Apps installed with WAD manager?
The only channels which work, properly are: Homebrew and WAD Manager Chanel

any Ideas or advice will be highly appreciated

Do a real SysCheck, that output is garbage. Follow this guide and post a correct SysCheck. Use spoilers as well [ spoiler ] and [ /spoiler ] without the spaces between the brackets.

Edit: read my EDIT in your post!

Following this advise should fix the op's issue. Get another dvd drive. Someone should make some small chip that will replace such function of the dvd drive so you can remove it, or some ios patch to remove the dvd check. That would be nice, but not likely to happen.
