Not all games appearing when loading USB Loader GX

Hi,
I am a bit puzzled. When I load USB loader GX only about half of my backups appear and the rest are not showing.
I tried loading CFG Loader and they all appear.

Is there an obvious reason for this? I am loading them of FAT32 USB.

Are they all Wii backups? or are some gamecube. GX has a filter system that has Wii games showing and all others not showing by default. Playing with these filters will show (or hide) games as you wish.

Thanks for the reply. No they are all Wii games. I have been through every setting I can possible find and can't see why they are not appearing on GX but are on CFG. Odd.
Shame as I prefer the GX.

Only thing I can think of is to delete the files from your USB and re-rip your games using GX to make sure that they are saved in a format that GX is expecting.

EDIT: Just realized that what I said could be confusing. Delete the games from the USB that do not work, then re-rip the disks to replace it. If the games work in GX, don't delete them. :)

Okay I will try one that I know is not there and see what happens. It might well be that I need to start from scratch as it hasn't been played for a year so things are probably out of date. Just seems odd that's all.
