    Us Bricked Wii

I tried to change my Wii's region with Any Region Changer to Korean, but then as I quit the application my screen turned green, then black. I turned the power off and turned it back on again. But now my screen is like this: Bricked Wii - YouTube I did not create a backup before I tried this. Please help!

You changed the region settings to Korean, but you did not install the Korean system files. USA/EURO/JAP wii's will not load the system menu when set to the Korean Language, AFAIK. You need to install the Korea system files, or change your region settings back. Do you have priiloader Installed? Any partiular reason you changed it to Korean? Usually goes the other way.

    What system menu is installed?

Do you have a mod chip?

Do you have a GameCube controller?

System 4.3U is installed. I don't have a mod chip or a GameCube controller.

    OK.
What you need to do is install a modchip, and if needed a compatible dvd drive. Or a wode. Then get a gamecube controller and modifiy it for use with savemiifrii, use savemiifrii to load the recovery menu. From the recovery menu load a 1:1 rip of Super Smash Bros Brawl -Korean Version. SSBB-KOR should have a USA disc header, wiith a Korean region string. Once SSBB-Kor is loaded, use smash stack KOR to load wiimod, with wiimod either set the region settings back to USA or install the proper KOREAN system files.

Your other option would be if you have a nand backup, you could send it to a nand programmer to reprogram the nand and fix it that way.

Another possibility would be a retail Korean game, since 4.3k has a higher version than 4.3u, most likely it would install a disc update from a retail korean game with 4.3k system menu. This would not require a modchip.

Sorry for the late reply. Is it possible for me to be able to install the Korean system files at this point? Cuz I'm a newbie at hacking, and I don't really know about modchips and wodes.

    I don't have a nand backup.

As for buying a Korean game, I might be able to buy one but I'm not really sure where I can buy one and I don't really like buying stuff online, but if I have to, then I would.

    Sorry for the trouble.
