Help With Softmodded Wii

I softmodded my Wii months ago using a YouTube guide posted by popular video game vloggers (I forgot their names).
I did all of this on my netbook which is running Ubuntu. They did a very basic, step-by-step tutorial and used LetterBomb in part of it.
I can't remember the rest of their tutorial and I can't find the video so they might have been told to remove it.
I recently used a guide to install the Configurable USB Loader (Configurable USB Loader - Installation and Settings [GUIDE]) and I formatted my USB drive with the Fat32 guide ([Guide] Fat32).

My current issue is, when I open the Homebrew Channel and select Configurable USB Loader, it says "Error: Custom IOS 428 could not be found! Please install it."
I don't know what that is or means. I've looked around on this website and various other ones and I've just become extremely overwhelmed with my situation because I don't know very many of the terms people are using.
Any help will be appreciated.

Follow this guide. As you have HBC on your Wii, you may start the guide where it says (in spoilers) "Softmods with HOMEBREW CHANNEL installed" in Chapter 1, Part 1. As you're following the guide (from there to finish), any further questions should be posted in that guide.
