Run Jap/NTSC VC games at full speed on PAL?

I got my hands on the japanese version of Ocarina of Time, but when I run it on my wii it's running slow and the audio is clipping. Is there any way to make it run at full speed other than region changing my wii? I couldn't get AnyRegionChanger to work, can't find it in HBC when I put it on my sd card.

    Thanks!

When you say you "got your hands on" what do you mean? Japanese games are NTSC and PAL Wii's cannot access the NTSC Shop Channel games...

If you have patched your system ios then you should be able to load it with gecko os. With gecko os you can apply a variety of patches to the game. I would try setting the patch language to jap, as it may not work well with other. You could also try force NTSC, or force pal.

And regarding how I got the game, I own the PAL version of OOT, bought legit from VC, so I figured it was fine to ask a question regarding a game I own but is in another language.

Okey dokey, even if it still doesn't really make any sense.

It's for speedrunning, text in jap is faster.

Since my first post had a link in it I couldn't edit it since it wasn't approved. Sorry.
