Majora's Mask/Ocarina of Time NTSC Sound/Framerate Issues

So, I have been googling for a couple of hours trying to solve the problem with both of these wads. I am trying to install them and make them work properly on a PAL console. They will start up and run, however the framerate will be jagged and the sound will crackle. I read that the sound issue can be fixed by installing with IOS53, but MMM will come up with an error when I try to do this. I have attempted to install using several different IOSs with no success. The wads that I am using apparently work with other people's PAL Wiis, so I don't know what my problem is. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

What if you buy them in the Shop Channel? I'm pretty sure they're available there free of glitches.

Thank you for the response, however I have bought the PAL versions, as well as owning the original carts, but I want the NTSC versions. This is my issue. And while I appreciate your sarcastic response, it was not particularly helpful.
