My Computer Not Recognizing HDD

So, I have a Toshiba canvio basics 500 GB HDD. Everything was fine and well, until I opened up EaseUS and made a FAT32 partition. (For GC)

I can get to open it through Computer Management>Storage>Device Management, and this and EaseUS say the drive is okay.

The main problem is I cant access it normally through My Computer or any other way in Windows Explorer.
Can't afford to wipe/format/delete drive. Help guys?

EDIT: Autoplay no longer works either

Have you marked the drive as active? If its not active I don't think it will show in windows explorer.

Mmm yup. And that's what device manager says :/

Simpler questions: are you in fact, following a wiihacks guide on the Game Cube and USB? If yes, why are you starting a new thread rather than asking in said thread? If no, why aren't you?

Just assign a drive letter for the USB drive In "Disk Management" Find the USB drive Right-click the portion of the screen that represents the USB drive, and then click the "Change Drive Letter and Paths..." option.
Click the "Change..." button in the window that opens.
Make sure the button next to "Assign the following drive letter:" is chosen, choose the desired drive letter for your USB drive, and then click the "OK" button
