We used letterbomb tutorial to hack wii. Everything worked as it should (as far as we can tell). I do have upside down homebrew screen but thats no biggie. We are trying to access internet from wii shop channel. Supposedly we can just run it and it'll take us to Google but all we get is a page of recommended titles and a "start shopping" button. Clicking on a title gives detail and option to download program (for points). Start shopping does not bring it to internet either. Please help!!!! :'(

I'm speechless....the Shop Channel is not for web browsing. You have to get the Opera Web Browser from the Shop Channel, and yes, it will cost points (or at least it did when I got it years ago).
I believe you get it by going to "Start Shopping" then "WiiWare" than "Channels".
And maybe perhaps loose the 420 when trying to do technical things because --- daaaaaamn!!
What is this I don't even.
I have to know, how have you been so terribly mislead about this stuff? Who told you the Shop Channel takes you to google??
