nintendo update for new year?
I turned on the Wii this morning to try the next step in getting Disney Universe to run, which I have on the HDD as well as the original disc in the drive. The disc channel said something like "system update", so I thought I would click on it just to see what had happened. I also knew that I had installed something that was supposed to block updates from Nintendo anyway. The screen said that I had to do a system update and I had to press the OK button - the home button didn't do anything. So it did the update as my anxiety level gradually increased wondering if this was going to screw up my Wii :-( When it finished I booted the Wii and ran the CFG loader which said that 249 was a stub and wouldn't load. I ran USB Loader GX and it worked, although right now I loaded the game with 250.
What have I done :-( what was this update and is it easy to fix without having to go through the whole softmod process again? :-(
