it looks like there is only one partition, can i just use the default windows 7 formater to turn it into a fat32?

Well, you could, but dont you want to save the contents of the drive? Wbfs2fat converts everything in realtime. Its saves the contents of your drive. Windows formatter would erase the drive entirely. If you want to start fresh, you should follow our FAT32 guide HERE.

Im thinking its a drive compatibility issue.... You can try the 222 version of GX, or you could try updating your cIOS to v9 beta r49 to see if it would be compatible. Download the d2x v9 pack from HERE and extract directly to the wad folder on your sd card. Use WiiMod 3.2 or MMM to install them. Then try loading GX again.

If that still doesnt work you can try the 222 version of GX, available from HERE. Extract the apps/usbloader_gx folder directly to the same folder on your sd card and overwrite all files when prompted. Then launch GX and see if it works.

Aside from these last two options Im out of ideas. If these dont work, I would say the drive just plain isnt compatible...

i will try those, its weird because before i tried all of this it worked, it didn't seem very stable and thats why i tried all of this but it did play games some of the time, they would show up in usb loader gx and most i could play.

I'm not sure how stable it truly is but it seems great as of right now, i used the cIOS change you recommended, Thanks a ton and i'll keep playing it to see if anything happens

Awesome! Was it the d2x v9 that did it for you? Or the 222 GX?

Have you watched the "motion+ informational video"? You you cannot play the game till you watch that. I had the same problem trying to play Red Steel 2. You need to load the alt dol first so it loads the motion+ video, watch the entire thing (don't skip or start it then stop or it doesn't work). Once you are done reset the system and load the primary dol again, it should work.
