I have a 4.1U Wii with a Mii Channel in Chinese language (yes it's Chinese, not Japanese), and I can't seem to change it to English, other channels are in English though.
I tried updating to 4.1U again using Mauifrog's Guide, it is still in Chinese.

Download new Mii Channel from ModMii.
