    Problems With Wii 4.3 cIOS/NAND

    Hey Everyone,

I just hacked my Wii last night with LetterBomb. Everything has worked well, but I am experiencing a full wii freeze on different games. At first I am thinking its because maybe I done something wrong on my cIOS, but again I don't know. I am looking for a Original 4.3 Nand to restore from. I forgot to made a NANd after i jailbroke the Wii. To me that would be the easiest, but I am open to other options. Some of the cIOS installers will just freeze on my Wii or won't let me select anything. Dotmii doesn't ask me to downgrade to cIOS15 and for some reason I always get an error when installing the patched cIOS236.

Game Freezes Examples: Wii Sports - Bowling = At the end of a finished Bowling Round the game freezes on the "Finished Round" or whatever it says. It happens every time. Mario Party 9 = Happens in the middle of the game.

    Always,

    Ifinx

Do not restore from a different NAND that is not your own, that is a recipe for disaster. It may be a simple thing such as you're not selecting the correct IOS for the game to use but it could be a IOS issue so let's start with; which guide did you follow when you hacked your Wii?

@SNES_Master - Thank you for the quick reply. I used this guide Removed Outside Link. Is there anyway I can reset to factory settings and re-jailbreak to start all over?

    Thanks,

Use the guide in my signature, it will solve your issue.

Edit: I would like to add that there is absolutely NO need to uninstall anything from the botched mod you got from the other site. Just want to make sure that is clear, when you go through the guide in my Sig it will completely overwrite the old mod.

@ SNES_Master - Thank you again. I didn't know that, and thank you for being so helpful. I was getting so aggravated and I thought I had seriously messed something up. I will let you know when and how everything turns out.

    Always,
