HomeBrew Installed, Now What? Please help

Hello everyone,

Thanks for your time and help first and foremost.

I am new to wii and everything but I managed to read the tutorial (http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html) and successfully install homebrew and did the NAND backup.

I have few questions now.

#1: What is Modpack files? In the Tutorial? I've already installed Homebrew, doesn't this hack my wii? I'm confused.
#2: What is a WAD? Can't I play games without installing WAD?
#3: Please guide me a way to proceed and How do I run my games?

Thanks for your time and help! I'm just so confused about the guide. It says WAD can brick the console but can't I install USBLoader?

You need to follow the whole guide from start to finish.

Thanks for the inputs. I'm done with everything :) I Just have couple more questions.

I copied the USB Loader GX after downloading to my SDHC card and I can see them on the Home Screen. My question is:

Can I run games from my SD CARD instead of USB?

@nightshah: I'm a new user here. I am not definitely asking for Game downloads. I just wanted to know if I can copy my games in SDHC instead of a pen drive. (I own the DVD and made an iso). I just want to copy and run it from SDHC.

PS: I have the DVD already but it's kinda scratched. Just want to save some life out of it.

I'm sorry mate, but if u did in fact have the capability of making a back up of your game i seriously doubt that u would need to ask the question u r asking. Also the edit of your original post is of no consequence as i have already seen it previous and gave u a warning accordingly, I will add that it is possible to do what u want and u would do well to explore the site.
