    WBFS vs FAT32

I have a 500gig HD half WBFS holding all my games and half fat32. I was under the impression that the games would run better from a WBFS partition and I could install apps on to the fat32 partition and also be able to store all my TV shows on the fat32 partition. Now im under the impression that the games will run just fine from the fat32 partition and since i'll prolly never fill up the WBSF partition and cant figure out how to get my emulators and apps to run from the fat32 partition im wondering if I can solve any of my issues by converting the whole drive to fat32.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

P.S Lets say hypothetically my drive is screwed and I cant copy the games onto the drive itself, is it still pirating if I actually own the game and download the copy from a torrent site? And if not are there risks of games from torrent sites bricking my Wii cause of added code?
