Question Convert my HDD to NTFS ?

    Hello,

    I've two questions

I use a first HDD in FAT32 to store my games backups WBFS (Wiiflow) and some cartoons AVI (WiiMC).
And I use a second HDD in NTFS to store my movies/music AVI/MP3 (WiiMC).

1/ Both drives work fine, but when I connect both at the same time on the Wii, only the NTFS HDD is recognized!
Does this problem is because one disc is in NTFS and another in FAT32?

2 / I would like to convert my FAT32 HDD to NTFS because it's easier to manage larger files and more ...
I thought to use the command "convert drive_letter: / fs: ntfs".
Is this conversion may cause some problems with my WBFS/AVI files and to be able to play them with Wiiflow and WiiMC?

Do you have a procedure to advise me?

    Thanks for your help
    Chris

    1. think the wii will only recognize one drive regardless, whichever you have plugged into the outermost port
    2. no it shouldn't bother any of your files, just be sure your loader and wiimc are up to date, they both support NTFS now.

you say you have a FAT32 formatted drive, or is it wbfs formatted with a fat32 partition? easiest way, copy all your stuff to computer and delete the volumes and redo it all as ntfs...

well, if you have a backup of everything, format it. If not, take a look here and see if you can grab your files, then afterwards, format the drive again...

nope, recuva not seeing the drive, "the path does not exist"

wii backup manager and WBFS manager both don't see the drive either. are there any other tools to manage wii backups?

edit : it scanned, found 0 files, ignored 178 and i'm unable to click recover
