HDD Toshiba "Wii flow & USB loader ios249 wont recognise HDD-WiiFlow IOS 222 it does"

Hi Folks

My HDD is Toshiba 500gb portable 3.0

Wii flow - WiiFlow Static Channel IOS222-WFHH.wad recognizes hard drive and I can play games no problems,
but when I try WiiFlow Static Channel IOS249-WFHW.wad it does not
I tried with the latest wii flow ios249 same problem

I get the screen "please wait" and nothing happen

I dont understand why?
where I can find the latest wii flow and USB loader gx which runs on ios 222 as I can get to work the latest games

by the way 1Tb works fine with both wii flow ios222 or 249

any ideas
