Good question. never knew anyone that had more than 500 legal backups before.

Try wbfs2fatit does not delete the WII games you will not lose any games, all your Wii games will be in a wbfs folder on your FAT32 HDD, I use it and I did not lose any games and the wii games and HB stuff all work perfect after. And there is no 500 limit with FAT32.
    wbfs2fat guide-fat32.html
With the WII one partition is better than two. With USB Config you have to keep the usb-loader folder on one of the HDD partiton if you want it to load two HDD partition at once or it will load the SD card and one partition and you will have to change partition from CFG loader, if you keep the usb-loader folder on the SD card it will only load one partition of the HDD, you could keep the USBLoader app on the SD and usb-loader folder on the HDD to load multi partition at once only works with FAT32 and NTFS HDD.

    Sorry to hijack the thread.

I have games on SD and USB flash. Is it possible to have all games show up, rather than keep switching it in cfg. They are both formatted as FAT32.

One of my Wii HDD is 1st partition FAT32 for GC games, emulators, all HB stuff, 2nd partition NTFS for Wii games, WiiMC, all videos, so I move the usb-loader folder from the SD to the FAT32 partition and left the USBLoader app on the SD and CFG USB Loader show all games from both FAT32 partition and NTFS partition so I do not have to switch partition to play the GC games or the Wii games, all USB Loaders show all GC games and wii games and they all work perfect.

WD USB HDD 2TB 1st partition FAT32, 2nd partition NTFS / Seagate USB HDD 1.5 TB One partition FAT32.
