I have a 500gb WD passport I am using for my Wii.
rough estimates:
WBFS - 270 gb
Fat32 - 30 gb
NTFS - 100
I have all my Wii games on WBFS obviously but I would like to switch everything over to Fat32 to make it easier as I hear this is the way to go now. I have all my emulators and roms on an SD card right now and would like to switch those over to the Fat32 partition too.
My question is.. what is the best way to do this? I have looked into PsychBlades "wbfs2fat" program but am having some trouble getting it to work. My WBFS drive may be corrupt or games are missing files or something, idk. Anyone else have this issue in the past? What did you do? I just would like to run everything off Fat32 and keep a small partition for NTFS for music, movies etc.
Also, retro emulation can be run through loaders now? (Wiiflow and USB Loader GX) <-- This is my goal to do this as well.
Thank you for all helpful responses as always. Cheers!
