I've recently softmodded my Wii and I can play Wii backups on USB Loader GX with no issues whatsoever, I can even install backups of gamecube games onto my harddrive and play them but when i try to put the backups from my brothers gamecube games in .Iso format into my games folder they do not show up on USB Loader, just wondering if there is anyway I can get this to work or if I am only able to play backups that I install directly from the disc.

update your loader
