USB Loader GX doesn't see wbfs files

My problem is what this title says.
I used Wii Backup Manager to convert isos to wbfs files (I want smaller size files).
The problem is that after this operation USB Loader GX doesn't see this files. I followed the instructions on creating wbfs folder on external HDD but it doesn't help. I must say that Configurable USB Loader sees those files.
Even when I make iso from this wbfs files and put it on hdd with WBFS format the problem is still there. The problem was not there before I used Wii Backup Manager. I have some feeling that I corrupt isos when I try to convert them to wbfs files.
    Any solution for my problem?

You may need to delete the GX config files first. Try deleting the TitleCache.bin file, then reload GX.

If nothing else, further advancement, may be that your GX may need updating. Try looking thru this listing, download the latest revision for ios249. Any questions, post.

    Skeptical?

Deleting config file doesn't solve the problem.
USB loader GX can see some games but not all (I tried more games).

Have you tried another loader (e.g. wiiflow?)

    @angelsosa

    Yes. I tried with:
USB Loader GX - it doesn't see some wbfs files
Wiiflow - it doesn't see wbfs files
Cofigurable USB Loader - it sees all wbfs files
WBFS format HDD (conversion wbfs->iso and then putting iso on disk with WBFS MAnager) - now, it doesn't work (before was ok)

    I just don't understand that.

I bought Wii a week ago and followed that thread "How to Softmod Wii" (very, very usefull tutorial). I presume that it's already updated OR NOT.
The point is that it worked with HDD formated in WBFS and I'm not sure if it is Loader fault. But I'm newbie in Wii moding and not very expirienced.

Have you tried using like wiiflow to install your games again?

    No, I haven't. Should I do that?
Honestly, I didn't use Wiiflow. Only USB Loader GX. Is installation really necessary for GX?
