    wii disc spinning problem

    i just got my triwings is the mail today and opened my wii,then after i got the loud sound to go away,i took off the silver tray from the ijnside that is over the wii lens,and then when i put it back on the wii doesnt spin my discs anymore,i dont know what to do and im in big trouble,please help you guys
    alll i did was remove the tray and then put it back on.....sometimes it spins the disc then stops and the wii says an unexpected error occured please turn off then restart
    please help :'(

    i have a plastic piece and a spring that fell off and i cant seem to find where they go,can someone post a guide or something on how to piece it back together?they fell when i opened the dvd drive,the plastic piece just fell down and i dont know where it goes,this is the plastic piece: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...sc00005sv.jpg/

    Hmmm... I have taken my Wii apart enough times to know that the springs and pieces to the drive mechanism "don't pop off unless you want them to" (extra points goes to the person that can name where that quote came from). Something may have been broken to begin with. The best thing to do is find a good high-res picture of a Wii without it's cover, or perhaps a video guide to taking your Wii apart.

    There is a guide HERE, both other than that, I would just google a few thigns related to Wii drives and springs and see what you come up with. If you can't figure out where they go, or something got broken, then you may have to purchase a new drive. They're pretty easy to replace.

    well i got the plastic piece on finally but i dont know where the spring goes......so this is what happens,when i insert the disc it spins.....then stops and the wii says that an error occured,restart and refer to the manual,all i have that i didnt put back together is the spring

    The springs are likely related to the motor to help drive it.
