USB loader gx on black Wii wont work !!!!**HELP**!!!!!

OK, so yesterday I did the soft-mod on my Black Wii (4.3u) via letter bomb. Most everything went well until I tried to install USB loader GX, I kept squaking about there "not being any cios and I needed cios 222 or 245-250". But every time I tried to load one of them It would just freeze. I'm sure this is a simple fix, but damned if I can't figure it out!! Can someone please help out a fresh newbie and get me on the right track?? Thanks in advance!!

Well, when I got to the

"Start HBC, press [HOME], Launch Bootmii
    Multi-Mod Manager Starts (via cboot2)"

part, it said that the ios installed successfuly then i got a black screen and nothing further happened.

I just noticed my sd card says sdhc on it, I'll try with a different card.

You have to use a 1gb or 2gb card for best results.

Look here for ...SD/SDHC Compatibility List.
