the newest post loader is also compatable with devolutuion, i havent used it but it also plays gamecube games from usb. any way after you install postloader press up on the d-pad until you get to the gamecube games section then home to switch to dm mode then rebuild game list. i use post loader it replaces system menu and homebrew channel. with lots of great features. like emmulator and emmulator cover support, neek, wii and game cube, also an mp3 folder in the ploader folder on the root of your sd will randomly play as many mp3's as you put in the folder, and a lot more its a great app i that highly recommend. now having said what jax said about the usb will hold hold true with whatever dm loader you use.

Alright so I've managed to get usb loader gx working with dios mios Games seem to load fast now! One more strange problem though, unfortunately... I can't use my gamecube controller in the games. It's like the wii thinks they're not plugged in (whereas I confirmed they work by navigating the usb loader gx menu with the gamecube controller)

Tried configurable usb loader and usb loader gx, gamecube controller wont work with any gamecube games. It works with mario kart wii however. The controller works with DML, and it is a NOT 3rd party controller.
Also, I uninstalled Dios Mios and reinstalled MIOS v10 and booted the game from the disc channel and the controller works fine. It just doesnt work in loaders.

    Any ideas? :/

I'll try it, thanks, but I have a more immediate problem now...

I reinstalled Dios Mios now, and when I load a game it goes to the Dios Mios logo, the screen turns green for about 0.2 seconds, then I lose the image (screen turns blue, as in the AV screen), the yellow wii lights stays on. YES, I have a gamecube disk in the drive, and I've also tried the NoDisc patch in the game settings. If I set the game to force pal 60, i don't lose the image anymore, but it instead plays the game in the disc drive (instead of the iso)

    What the heck :S

Edit: God, this is absolutely ridiculous. I just did a clean re-softmod by using my NAND backup to return to its original settings and then followed the Softmod Any Wii guide. I then installed Dios Mios and usb loader gx r1193 mod 02. When I launch a gamecube game, It shows the dios mios logo, then the screen goes blue (wii loses video signal), and then it proceeds to boot whatever is in the disk drive. It just wont boot the ISO i select.

Does anyone know how to fix this? :/ I've done everything I can think.

Edit: Fixed by installing Dios Mios 2.0 instead of 2.2!

I am having the same problem :/ Except it just outright boots the game in the drive even when i tell it to play the ISO and my Gamecube Controller Works. I am using Dios Mios Booter BTW.

In order to get Dios Mios Working i stayed up late backing up Both partitions, Extending them, and Partitioning them again so FAt32 Partition is USB1:\. And USB Loader GX Tells me to Copy the game to SD Card.

EDIT: From what I've read in the post above, i tried Dios Mios 2.0 too, and it worked! although i dont understand how 2.2 didn't.
