softmodd 4.3u using hackmii loaders dont read usb drive cios installed

ok so i had my usb wd my book (compatible usb drive on list) working i was messing with stuff last nite trying to load gc roms from well after installing new stuff the drive wouldnt load anymore so this morning i factory reset the wii used panasonic sd formatter on sd and redid hackmii
    HBC is installed
usb drive is plugged into the correct spot
    drive is compatbile

multi modd manager has all ios in yellow wich i assume (hate that word )

    tested different loaders: neogamma usbloadergx,configurable,wiiflo
same end result does not read the drive

i originally had the drive partitoined in 2 parts one for wbfs for loaders i read in a thread today that the problem could be redoing the drive using wbfs2fat did not fix the issue

next thread i read said use d2x cios installer so i loaded v7 and used this
    base IOS 56
    Select cIOS slot249
    IOS250
    base 57

usbloader gx now hangs at the loading usb drive other loaders did not read drive still

i am thinkn the issue is i did the d2xcios install wrong ?

the usb drive will work when i load wiimc from HBC

any more insight i could get on this also any more info i need to provide dont hesitate to ask
atm my intention is to get the usb drive to read so i can play blackops

Post a system check. If you don't know how, look in the spoiler below for the guide.

I see that a couple of your cIOS are stubbed. The couple other cIOS you have are v6 not v7.

I would recommend following the softmod any Wii guide (link is in the spoiler below).
That will get all your cIOS and apps up to date.

Not sure what you did to you hdd while messing with dios mios?
Deleting the config files for your loaders might work. Or even better deleting them all from your SD card and following the softmod guide. Then the last part of the guide will give you a fresh install of all apps.

Next time you have problems, don't format the Wii. That just deleted all your saves and channels. It can cause more problems than good.

    Post another system check.

I believe the problem is whatever you messed with, when trying to load gc roms from your hdd.

You might want to backup your wbfs folder to your pc. Then follow the fat32 USB loading guide in the spoiler below.

So you didn't follow the fat32 guide I suggested? It's in the spoiler below.

Ok. Let's recap and see where we are.

    1. Softmod any Wii guide is completed and syscheck looks good now.
    2. Fat32 guide completed, drive is 1 primary fat32 partition set to active. Very important PRIMARY and SET TO ACTIVE.
    3. Apps are on SD card? The USB loaders you have are all fresh installs from the app pack from softmod any Wii guide?
    4. Your hdd worked before, so we know it is compatible.
    5. You have the hdd plugged into port 0? The one closest to the edge of the Wii.

Can you try one thing? Delete all WiiFlow files and folders. Except the boot.dol.
So it should be like this:
    SD root: apps/wiiflow/boot.dol
It's ok to leave the pic file, but delete the meta file and the ini.
Then make sure the drive is plugged in port 0. Open WiiFlow from the homebrew channel.
