Dios Mios Booter unable to play .gcm files?

Hi everyone, I am trying to get Dios Mios Booter to play .gcm files. The process I used to create the .gcm files is: Took my raw .iso and used discEX to create the GAFE01 folder (for example) with the game.iso and sys folder. I then used GCMUtility to compress it into a .gcm and reduce the size. It did not work in Dios Mios Booter. I have also tried using the raw .iso file in GCMUtility to create the .gcm and replacing it in the GAFE01 folder with the other game.gcm file and still no luck getting it to run in Dios Mios Booter.

I can hower use all of these .gcm files in USB loader GX with no problem, it works perfectly. The only problem I have with USB loader GX is that the CD never spins down, it stays full speed the whole time. I know you can remove the disc from the disc drive after the game has already launched, but with Dios Mios Booter the disc spins down on its own as the game starts which is a feature I really like about it.

Anyway, my question is does Dios Mios Booter have problems reading .gcm files? Or is there a better process to make the .gcm files so that Dios Mios Booter can successfully read them? Thanks for any info guys!

Thanks for the idea :-). I took the files I already made (I used discEX first, then shrunk the game.iso with GCMUtility to create the .gcm file) and edited the extension on the .gcm file to .iso and it is now working with Dios Mios Booter.
