Us I Need Help With an IOS Problem!!! Please don't ignore because of length

ok, this is my problem, i read that you weren't supposed to mess with certain IOSes, and i didn't listen, i went ahead and started uninstalling IOSes that i didn't install, not knowing that some IOSes were needed by the wii i uninstalled a couple and then i read on a forum that they were needed, so i started installing them back, but i got lazy and thought that reformatting the wii would install the all back in, so i reformatted the wii and it turns out that it didn't install the IOSes back, so i tried to run HackMii Installer (using letterbomb), but it freezes after it says "Valid elf image detected", so that means i can't get back my homebrew channel and i can't install the IOSes back, I tried many things and they all failed plleeeaase help mii

Try using a 2GB or smaller card. Not smaller than 1GB though.
Red Wii SysMenuX, Priiloader 0.7, Bootmii as IOS 254, USB Loader GX, uLoader 5.1E with external DVD drive, MauiFrog softmod. HBC 1.1, Backup HBC 1.0.3.

Make a nand backup and exit to system menu
Run letterbomb again, blah, blah wiimod loads
    Select wadmanager
    Uninstall IOS58-64-v6176

    Install IOS58-64-v6176
    Now
    Extract http://www.mediafire.com/?adhwpuhlh3uhwx4 to sd:/wad

    Install all wads per guide

Now try to run hackmii installer again.
Try loading the boot.elf from sd:\apps\hackmii\boot.elf from the black HBC backup channel
    or
Try loading the bootmini.elf from the bootmii sd loader

    Post sd:installer.log
Use giantpunes nand tools, nandbincheck. Do a check on your nand.bin
    Code:
    nandbincheck nand.bin -all -v
    Post the nandbincheck report
