help please: USB Loader GX with DiosMiosLite SD gamecube iso files on Wii

I think I have most of this figured out, to the point that I can almost launch the gamecube iso. When I click on the Gamecube title in USB LoaderGX, it launches the Gamecube Nintendo loader screen, and freezes. I've tried this for all 3 iso's that I created from my gamecube discs, and it just freezes on that loader screen. Any ideas?

1.4b. The screen that freezes up has a Nintendo logo and says "GCLoader 0.4 (May7 2012) Loading apploader Nintendo Gamecube"

I tried a few different revisions, none work. I just tried putting a different gamecube disc in, and it loaded the gamecube game, not the game iso's that I put on the sd card. The SD card is a class 6 card, do you think that's the issue?

I'm going to try re-ripping these through CleanRip and going through the latest DiscEx program. The I tried this previously was in a youtube tutorial using an older DiscEx version and then running through the GCM utility to shrink the resulting iso files. Perhaps shrinking the files caused the issue.
