Wii Wont load gc backups with dml or original discs

I recently backed up some gc games to my sd card in the format for dml but whenever they are launched (no matter what program does it; neogamma, wiiflow, usb loader gx) it loads a screen saying "GCLoader 0.4 (May 2012)" then "loading apploader, Loading main.dol" and black screen, I get the exact same thing with real discs. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

EDIT: Nevermind, I installed r59 and it works, but my only problem is the loading times are VERY slow. Why are they so slow?

What class sd card do you have? Suggested best choice is class 10 card.
Have you tried with DML 1.4b ?

I am installing 1.4b right now give me a minute to post back.
Another issue I'm having is that installing wads to emu nand with USB loader gx (3.0) does nothing after installation even with it set to show emu nand channels, it shows the channels from my original dump from real nand that I made in USB loader GX but it won't show any of my newly installed ones, why is this happening?

I'm using a San disk 16GB class 2 micro SDHC formatted to FAT32 with 64KB Cluster in an adapter.

EDIT: I installed 1.4b and it is much faster now, thank you. But I still can't install wads to emu nand, how do I install them?

EDIT 2: I figured out why the emu nand channels weren't showing, I had USB Loader GX set to Favorites only

Well it was also doing that with regular nand channels as well but it's all good now.
