NeoGeo wad injection- is it actually possible?

I really want to play KoF98 and have tried to create a custom wad using New VC injector by Delvilken. Only problem is that the copy I have closes automatically giving me the "encountered a problem and needs to close" error. I've searched for other injectors like Impaler's but can find no working links. I'm really desperate at this point.
