You statements and question make little sense, but if I understand your intention: Priiloader does not install as boot2. Bootmii can be installed as boot2 if your wii is older.
If you indeed have bootmii installed as boot2, you can recover from most any software-related brick w/o much fuss.

Ok, so you've installed priiloader but not bootmii? My best guess is that you'll need to install bootmii to get it done.
I've not used linux on my wii, but if it takes the same path as other applications, you gain full hardware control by launching via bootmii, which presumabally allows wifi/etc access. If this is correct, it should work either way; either autoboot w/ card in (if bootmii can be installed as boot2), or by going into HBC, pressing HOME and then choosing bootmii (if bootmii installed as ios). This should launch w/ full permissions.

You only need to load it on mini. This can be done via boot2 bootmii, bootmii ios, or casper bootmii ios. You actually don't need to install anything on your wii to get mini running via casper and exploit. Bootmii ios is install automatically whenever you run hackmii installer, so you have it, but you do need to have the sd card prepared to load it. You probably can not install boot2 bootmii, but if you can you should.
You need sd:\bootmii on the sd card to load bootmii. Then mod those files to get linux booting as per whatever instructions you are following.
