Control only works for few minutes

Have two controls both with full charged batteries, both can sync and re-sync as 1 or 2 or vice-versa, one works fine and but the other one only work few minutes and its battery level is always low therefore can only play few minutes before going off completely; this happens always with the same control even if I swap the full charged batteries.

I removed game disks, cube controls, un-plug the wii for minutes, etc and still same behavior with the same control unit. Any idea what could be wrong with this particular control??

I have the same problem with one of my controllers-Solution that worked for me was to buy energizer rechargable batteries rather than use the rechargable battery packs that came with the recharge station.

This is an interesting topic because I have had the same problem too. I bought rechargeable battery packs that just didn't seem to last long enough, no matter how much I charged them. I've gone back to my duracell rechargeable batteries...I wonder if this is just a fault with the battery packs...

I don't think it is battery related because if you take the same battery1 from control 1 (showing full charging level) to control 2, it would show there low level instead, while the battery 2 (showing low charging level) would show full charging level in control 1. So the low battery level is always if the same control regaSo the batteries seems to be o.k

Im guessing some of the controllers are more energy intensive for some reason or rather.
