wii not playing backup discs after shop update
I updated my shop channel as per - http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...annel-v20.html so I can get netflix.
However, since getting netflix and the new shop channel my backup discs (which played fine previously) will now not load.
I use backup disc channel and all that happens is the screen goes blank blank and the wii remote has three blue lights flash when I press a button.
Do I have to change any ios through wii mod?
Please any any help would be much appreciated

Reason: ADDED INFO
Forgot to mention that the homebrew channel is still working and so are my emulators so I think it's still modded right? Sorry for being a complete noob
Post a syscheck, Retro' We can then see if you have been stubbed, Your System menu may have been updated, Have a quick look in wii settings, If you knew what you modded to, you will now see if it's changed. I see your name popping up quite often. Read some more and get your mind around what is going on...... inside your little white box.

Thanks for taking time to reply Grandpa.
I've updated my software using this guide http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html from chapters 1 thru 3 minus the modpack. I think I need to reinstall the ciso files.
Problem is I bought my wii a week ago already softmodded so I don't have the first hand knowledge of the programs and processes involved. I've read guids over n over but for me at least, until you experience it first hand then it's all gobbledegook!
Thanks again for your advice mate
I see, Yes I remember, When you had to downgrade ios 15, reinstall truchu bug, Oh! that did make you nervous. Gobbledegook indeed. Keep reading. I'm still shocked how many people get in a mess. Even with the fantastic Mauifrog guide. And credit to all who have worked on that guide since it was first posted. Bye the way Cios Ciso keep reading you will get it all together, HBC, System menu 4.1 Cios, Priiloader, then any usb loaders. & emulators. Good luck and please read away and ask questions before jumping into the Brick section.
