    Question Multiple partitions on HDD

So, is it possible to make multiple (i'm looking at two, FAT32 and NTFS) partitions on a HDD so that they both work simultaneously? If so, how?
You can also try to convince me to use only one.
The main reason why I want two partitions is that i want to use both .isos and .wbfs files
(so I wouldn't have to hassle with converting so much, i've made .isos before because I had only hardmod before, softmodded today actually)
and to be able to get rid of the SD-card (1Gb, I think it's too small(?) and I don't want to buy bigger).
And yes, I tried google and so on...

I don't need help with partitioning, the guides are here if someone else needs them:

Edit: I'm using USB Loader GX mainly, now I got it working, sorta (dual partition and games on NTFS) Is there a quick way to make the apps use the usb FAT32 partition instead of an SD-card? (GX has the cover path thingy, but should all be well I just change those paths?)
And Marko, they do apparently, why would there be a guide to NTFS if they wouldn't? (see the spoiler)
A little bit ot: Is it common that the USB loader GX freezes spontaneously in the menu?

    What?
USB Loaders don't support NTFS, and you can use Wii Backup Manager to add games to your Fat32 HDD, just make a folder on the root called WBFS.Why would you want a NTFS partition? Wii backup manager will automatically convert ISOs to WBFSs.

Not sure if you have 2 partitions, but if the whole drive is formatted to FAT32 then you just need to put /apps/usbloadergxorwhatever on the root of the HDD.Also, its not normal, I would recommend updating to the newest version.

it is the newest version already, but thanks for help.
And atleast for the GX the paths had to be changed to work.
Could an incompatible hard drive cause the freezing of GX?
