CFG kicking back to Wii Home

I was able to load my backups from my HDD earlier today. (Seagate Go-Flex 640GB) This evening, I booted up and tried to hit the CFG forwarder on my Wii Home page and it thinks for a sec, flashes the fading "wii" logo page, then back to the Wii Home. I understand that the link on the home page is just the forwarder and not the app, but it was working earlier and I have no clue how to get into the settings to check and make sure it's still pointed to the right place.

    Any help please?

Yes. I'm able to load and browse the homebrew channel from the forwarder on the Wii Home, but CFG still kicks me back to home. Also, I read in another thread that you can boot CFG from the homebrew channel but the only app options I have when I boot up Homebrew channel is the Homebrew browser and the save extractor (?) but no CFG. I even went through every app available in HBC and I couldn't find CFG in there anywhere.

    Anything else it could be?

If the app isn't listed in the HBC the forwarder will not work. Download it again and put it on your sd card. That should fix the issue.

Any idea what would cause it to be deleted without me deleting it? When I browse through my SD card files (via wii system) it shows nothing even on the SD card...

No idea how it could have been deleted. Did you look at it on your computer? Maybe it somehow got corrupted. Gremlins in the machine. Try putting a fresh version on your card and see what happens. It should work after doing that.

I'll give that a go and post later tomorrow. My SD card reader is out on loan so I'll have to pick one up.

Oh, and thanks a ton for the uber-fast replies. I really do appreciate your help.

Just figured I'd pop in and update.

Re-installing the app pack from the Mauifrog guide fixed it. I don't have any clue how the contents of my SD card were deleted but once I redownloaded the app pack back onto the SD card, everything works like a charm.

    Thanks again CJ.
