Question Homebrew installed... need help installing a loader. (please)

Hello. I am new to the community. I've had my wii for ages and I hardly ever use it. Now I have found a use for my wii. I have spend a lot of time searching the internet of how to "soft mod" my wii over the past few days, and have been taking my time with the research and installs.

I have a white 2006 wii with the GC2-D2C drive chip in it. I updated the wii to system menu 4.3 before I began. I am also using a 4GB SanDisk SDHC card and purchased a WD 3.0/2.0USB My Passport Essentials 500GB hard disk and turned off sleep mode via WD's crappy mac installer/app.

Here is what I have done so far:
Installed LetterBomb with my wii's mac address - it installed bootmii (boot2) and homebrew
Installed bootmii config editor to change some bootmii preferences
Installed priiloader and turned off disk and online updates
Installed fceugx, genplus-gx and snes9xgx to test out rom copies of legal carts I own

Now I wish to install a loader (WiiFlow) to play copies of my wii games without swapping disc's.

Here is what I THINK needs to be done to accomplish this (correct me if I am wrong):
Use DOP-Mii WiiBrew Edition to expose trucha bug
Use d2x-cios-installer to install patched versions of ios's
Use wiiflow to format disk to wbfs and load backup files

Do I have the correct process? I am really lost as to what I am doing at this point. I do not want to use any hack packs and be installing lots of unnecessary things like most I have seen do.

I installed wiiflow just to see what it would do and it froze at the loading screen. I also installed DOP-Mii WiiBrew Edition and expected to see "install IOS36 w/ fakesign" and instead it says "install IOS36" only.

If anyone could walk me through, it would be much appreciated.

Yeah, I've read that. You download a mod pack and install a bunch of wads. I'm not even sure whats going on in that tutorial. Not really the route I want to take as I stated earlier.

    Any other suggestions?

First make a NAND backup in bootmii. You have a gem there with a boot2 Wii, would be a shame if you didnt make a backup.

Second, the ANY Wii guide installs patched IOS, d2x and hermes. If you dont want the channels it installs simply delete them after you are done. It would be a lot faster than getting all the individual programs and doing things one by one.

Yeah, I know I'm a pain in the ass. But hey, I'm learning. Thanks for taking time to help me out.

Everything I've used thus far should be what I believe to be the latest versions. Homebrew Channel is v1.1.0

Ok I was bored so I made you a special mod pack. Download this file:for pain in the ass guy.zip and extract it directly to your sd card. Your Wii needs to be connected to the internet to do this.

    1. Launch the HBC and then launch IOS236 and install it.
    2. From the HBC launch MMM, then select the bottom option to reload to IOS236.
    3. Use the wad manager, select the wad folder and install the two wads included.

    Done.
