nunchuk problems

I did a letter bomb softmod on my wii 4.3 but the player 2 nunchuk or the turn table for dj hero wont work but both nunchuks work on player one only the remote in player the nunchuks wont work dont know what to do cant any info for this problem can anyone help please driving me crazy
