HELP!! I need help with USB LOADER GX

OK I really new help installing USB LOADER GX. I have the file downloaded on my laptop but whenever I try to install it it starts to do its thing and install then it says installation aborted error code Http/1.1404 Not Found. Does anybody know how to solve this I want to install USB Loader GX somebody please help

yes im trying to install it and every time I try I get that same message
