@ozboy08 - Can you post a system check (how to in the spoiler below).
I believe you probably have more than just those 2 cIOS stubbed, if you took an update (or partial update) from COD BO.

I finally plucked up enough courage to try all the things you recommended. But, alas, I have not gone anywhere. Here are the problems I encountered :
1. The Wii Remote would diconnect itself from the Wii. I couldn't understand why but I did notice there was a disk in the drive. Now I am not too sure what the real resolution was but once I removed the disk from the drive, the Wii Remote started to stop disconnecting when in MMM.
2. The MMM constantly freezes. Getting into MMM from Homebrew Channel was not an issue. In fact it was a breeze. But once in MMM, I had approx. 3-5 actions available to me before the whole system would freeze. The only way to recover from this was to pull the power cord and re-start all over again.
3. And the most important/frustrating one. After memorising the sequence of actions to either install a WAD individually or in a batch, I would go throught the re-installation process. It would complete. But right at the end, a message (in yellow font) would come up saying the installation was unsuccessful. It didn't matter whether the installation was an individual file or a batch operation, that message would come up to confirm the installation was not successful.
EDIT: In fact, that Unsuccessful message would also come up if I tried to Uninstall the stubbed cIOS through MMM.
I am totally stumped.
I thank you for all your ehlp thus far. Would you mind if I picked your brains for a little whilst longer ? Can you tell me what is happening and how I can go past this stage ?
I look forward to your words of wisdom.

Hi again ozboy,
I can't really say much about your first issue - but I believe that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. So if it works without a disc, just use it without a disc for the time being while we find a solution.
I would recommend that you post a syscheck and try to state the error message word for word (it helps us identify the problem). I have a feeling the message is "installation failed" but I won't assume that until I know 100% from you.
Finally, don't remove stubbed IOS. Just grab a fresh new copy of it (or a newer version) from the Internet and install that. This should install the unstubbed IOS over the stubbed IOS.
I am off to Sydney from work. I get back late Thursday night. I'll try to complete and post a syscheck (following instructions from playerkp420) towards the end of the week. Thanks again for all your help thus far.
BTW, is it possible to ask where in Australia you are ?
I'm in Sydney - I think I've seen a few other people around here from Sydney too.
Take your time, it's best not to rush these things
