So being a noob, here goes. common sense tells me i should wait for u guys to say its safe to download right? or should i not be worried about a brick, and check it out ? any info on this channel yet ? sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, move if needed. OH U.S.A. only so far.
I'm not sure but I don't think it connects to the Nintendo Servers. If you're going to do it make sure you have brick protection. Have BootMii installed as boot2 or have PriiLoader installed. I'll go for bootmii as boot2, if your Wii is boot2 compatible.
I don't think any channels downloaded from the shop channel will brick your wii. I haven't downloaded it but I would think the channel would be coming from a trusted source, not like installing a wad you got from some guy in an alley. :rolleyes:
But yeah make sure you have priiloader installed and enable block online updates.
It is fine, i just tested it. You will need a lot of free space though. 148 block to download the channel and another 34 for it to run.
For some reason it's not appearing on the Wii shop channel for me. Anyone having the same issue? My Wii is modded to the U.S. region.
Is there a wad that anyone has found? It isn't coming up in the Wii Shop channel for me either.Quote:
