Problems loading after first level

I have had my wii hacked for a long time and working and recently have had some problems arise. Call of Duty will go to a black screen after you die, Super Marion Bros will do the same after you complete level 1-1 and enter the tunnel on lever 1-2 and several games that used to work now go back to homebrew after selecting them from usb loader gx. I am using cios249 V17. I have a 1TB harddrive partitioned with WBFS and Fat32. Thanks for any support.

What happened between the time your games worked and when they stopped working? Did you start using a new drive/format? Did you attempt to update anything? What version of GX are you using?
