I dont know what was ur 1st issue with the wii, but if u dont have Darkcorps install then it could be just your laser need a replacement. Best way to check it is by inserting a dual layer original game like Brawl or Mario kart and if it gives you the error or out of sync then it definetly the laser. But ill do what dniMrestaM 1st.

Original games work perfectly, and i have noticed that not all backups do this, mostly gamecube games and some Wii games.

    Spoiler

and i also tried loading up with NeoGamma, worked fine except that it was blurry

Well if the originals work fine it could simply be a case of a bad burn/rip-try burning the disks again at a slow speed using good DVD-R such as Verbatim

Well you don't have DARKCORP installed, so how do you play them normally (assuming you mean through the disk channel)? Do you have any hardmods? And if it's not a bad laser (original games work fine, including dual layered ones), and you burn them at 4x (that's should be slow enough), possibly it's a bad rip. Try a re-rip of a game that doesn't work and burn it. Or just make your life easier and switch to USB loading.

Your homebrew should be running on IOS58, not IOS61. I don't know if that will help this particular problem, but it's somewhere to start. Looking at your syscheck, you don't have darkcorp installed. You must have some sort of modchip installed to play through the disc channel.

I would suggest using NeoGamma r56.

EDIT - Oh yeah. To get your HBC running on the correct IOS, run the hackmii installer and reinstall it.
