    Sonic Generations Screens #3

Ten new screens inserted in our gallery
We have several fresh screenshots from Sonic Generations, a new video game in development to celebrate Sonic the Hedgehog's 20th Anniversary. Set across three defining eras from 20 years of Sonic the Hedgehog video game history, the instantly recognizable environments of Sonic Generations have been re-built in HD and are now playable in both classic side scrolling 2D from 1991, as well as modern 3D style found in Sonic's most recent adventures. Each incarnation of Sonic in Sonic Generations comes complete with his trademark special move, Spin Dash and Spin Attack for Classic Sonic, and the Homing Attack and Sonic Boost for Modern Sonic. A new interactive menu system allows for complete immersion in Sonic's universe with favorite characters and hidden treasures gradually being revealed throughout the game. Sonic Generations will speed into stores for Xbox 360, DS and PS3 in November 2011.

Man, I simply can't wait for this game. I have nothing against the newer Sonic games, it's just that I want all of the fun back I had in the classic ones. Sonic Colours came really close, so hopefully this game nails it.

I still have a Mega Drive, and I am always in the mood to play his games for a while. I also have a Sega CD, on which I can play Sonic CD. It's too bad Sonic CD wasn't re-released on many consoles, only for the PS2 and GameCube once. I wish SEGA would start making new Mega Drive Sonic games lol, with real 16-bit graphics.

The last time I played sonic was on the psp. Forgot the name of the game but it sucked. I've never like sonic much tho.

Edit: bandicoot you should have told me to change your name to SonicAddicted

That's probably Sonic Rivals. And yes, that game sucked. Like I said, Sonic CD is probably my favourite. Yes, Sonic CD is a classic Sonic 2D-game, expect that it has more details, and better animations. The gameplay is exactly the same. The music exists out of real instruments, while the Mega Drive-games were done with a synthesizer.

And yeah, I was actually thinking the same thing... Why on earth did I chose TheBandicootAddict in the first place? I wouldn't change it now anymore, though, because people talk to me and see me as ''Bandi'' or ''Bandicoot''. I would have liked ''HedgehogAddicted'', because I am seriously a Sonic-lover, but I think people wouldn't want me to be a Hedgehog instead of a Bandicoot... if you get what I mean, lol.
