New Exploit, Tales of Symphonia

This is another wii exploit by Giantpune and delroth. This time for "Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of
the New World" (RT4EAF). It works by exploiting a buffer overflow.

-Usage-

• Copy the "private" folder from this archive to the root of your SD card and merge it with any existing folder. Install the save to your Wii just like any other save game.

• Put the homebrew you want to load (theres a pretty cool one here) on the root of your SD card as
• "SD:/boot.elf"

• Then start the game, and load the save data.

• Once the game starts ( and you see a retarded dog waving at you ), press PLUS to enter the game's menu.

• Scroll down to "Status" and press A.

• Then scroll down to the second character (named "Giantpune"). Highlite him, and press A.

• Hopefully everything works out like it should and the boot.elf is loaded from your SD card.

Another disc exploit o.O It seems that since the bathax exploit, they just keep coming. Anyway, great news! It is always good to see another exploit, so users have more choice and Nintendo more to fix.

Haha, I wouldn't be surprised if they keep coming from now. Most likely, we have another one within a month.

Probably another exploit, but you never do know what Nintendo is planning.

Nice....lots of options now for users to choose from. I still have my Indy game I bought and saved. Figured I'd need it one day again, so I didn't get my money back or sell it. But GameStop does allow you to buy a used game and then you have 7 days to return it for a FULL refund. So if your in the US, and don't want to lose money, just buy it pre-owned and then return it for your money! LOL. I did that first for my son's wii, then when I got mine (4.3) I had to get the game again. But kept it just in case. Good move on my part, cause since then my brother and my sister have had me to do theirs....But regardless, the more the better I'm sure! Nice find!

Yeah a lot of new exploits came out this year.

I was wondering the other day what happened with the nextploit? You know, the one that was going to be like bannerbomb for 4.3.

I never heard of it, so I googled around a bit, but it seems fake to me.

There was even a release date and a video showing it was real. I even posted about a letter Nintendo sent to Team Xcluidos (the nextploit tream).

Maybe they got intimidated by their letter.
