Guess I didn't stop the time correctly on my phone back then --- or it was my living imagination to praise base 57 (my personal favourite cIOS). xD The perfect excuse is that I let everybody install this base, to make the job easier for you on the Black Ops guide. Honest answer is that I hadn't really tested the other cIOSes well (one level or so), and that I used the speed as an excuse so far. xD

I changed that later on, though. It seemed that the last cutscene would freeze when using another base than 57, but it has something to do with my harddrive, I think. I tested it with another harddrive, and hadn't had an issue with that one. Now I need to change the guide from scratch, but am lazy to be honest. xD

Sonic Colours is a colourful fail, by the way. SEGA managed to dissapoint me again.
Enjoyed the beginning, didn't enjoy the later levels in the game at all.

Def good work on this. I've had no problems what so ever. Even did system menu x hack, did update and lost cIOS249
because I didn't have the 65535 v in the system menu x pack. Reinstalled 249 as [57]21 and I havent had no problems since.
For some reason I think I even noticed a bit of a speed increase when loading games from usb config with rev21 than with
rev20. I could be imagining things but it just seems like everything loads faster. From the time I start usb config to when I actually start
my game. To whoevers doing this thanks and keep up the good work on these cIOS'S for us.

Does anyone have trouble with IOSX 21 and guitar controllers?

I'm trying to figure out if my guitar is broken or if IOSX is causing problems. Basically, it tends to work for a song or two, then buttons on the guitar stop responding. I hadn't used the guitar controller in a few months. The only change I made since that time was installing IOSX 20b and now I've tried 21 with the same issue. I don't have another controller to test with, so I wanted to see if anyone else has had issues.

I use wiiflow and had to cios 222,223 and 224 witha pack that is on here somewhere... once i had those cios in place had to find which one worked for GH all flavors and RB all flavors. GH and RG use differnt ones for what ever reason... Hope this helps

I have no problems with GH or RB games using IOS223 v4. I did have the same problem as you when using IOS223 v5, but reinstalling IOS223 v4 fixed it. Just because a new cIOS is released doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the old one that works.

I'll try reinstalling IOS223 v4 and see what happens. Is there any reason IOS223 should have been changed when installing IOSX 20b or 21? Because I know I didn't have any problems with the guitar prior to making that change. For all I know, the guitar has just gone bad.

No 222 and 223 would not be changed when installing this. The installer doesn't even allow you to install to those slots.
    Damn I suck!!!!

That's what I figured. Can't hurt to try the Hermes V4 installer again. If that doesn't work, then I'll consider my guitar dead and pick up a new one.
