Like I said, I use it every day (though as previously stated, an older version). Do realize at some point, development ceased and a third party took it up and those versions have caused problems. Mostly they don't rip to HD correctly or other buggy behavior. Since the various versions of those have been prone to bugs, it's not out of the realm of reason the possibility of unexpected behavior that can lead to a brick. But just as possible would be user error.
I agree with nightstah. It was a good application earlier, but became a drama later on.
I can't say this enough, but the fact that this has only happened with GX, user error or not, still makes me expect it's something to with the loader, and not user error.
Seven cases with GX, and zero with others. Also, in what possible way could you brick? If you can brick with it, it's still faulty; loaders aren't supposed to brick your Wii.
If it can, it should've been told by the devs what not to do. I can't possibly imagine what somebody can do with a loader to brick his or her Wii.

Darkside: I agree. I've been using rev 938 forever and have had no problems. I've done several things while using it that people claimed have bricked their Wii too. My personal opinion is that people don't like to admit they screwed up somehow or don't realize that their problem was caused by user error and like to blame their problem on something...More than likely whatever program they were recently using...Potential incorrectly.
But I mean, if you can brick with this, how stupid you are, it's not safe, right?
While there are no reports of other loaders bricking a Wii. Also a coincidence that all of these seven situations are exactly the same.
If they accused the loader for bricking the Wii, it would not've gone the exact same way.
lol skellinator I'm asking for your reasoning behind your statement, not a jumbled quote. Last I checked most everyone on this board save the newest members are aware of the difference between 'beta' and 'final.' I'm missing where the convincing need be sent and to whom.
